Returns
It is important for us that you are satisfied with your order. If the product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return or exchange the unused product within 14 days after receiving the delivery, given that the product unused, undamaged and in its original condition as in the moment of delivery.
If you want to return or exchange the product to another size or color, please follow these Product Return Instructions.
Fill in the Product Return Form:
1. Enclose the completed Product Return Form with your product/ products. In order for us to be able to enhance our customer service, it is very important that you provide the cause for the product return in the Product Return Form by using the number codes given therein.

Please note that items specially made for you, such as personalized or custom-made products, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
This policy is in place because these items are tailored to your specific requirements and cannot be resold or repurposed. We encourage you to carefully review all details before placing your order to ensure everything meets your expectations.

Refunds
In a case of a return we will refund your payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.
Refunds will be paid directly to your bank account as soon as we have received the product back and confirmed that it is unused and in original condition.
For customers outside Sweden and other EU countries the same rights apply. In case of exchange or return, you will pay following:
Sweden- 99 SEK
EU countries- 15 EUR
Rest of the world- 25 EUR
In case of a quality claim due to damaged or faulty products, we will refund what you have paid, including the freight cost. We follow Swedish law concerning returns and any disputes.
